Yoga Evolve

Build on the basics and dive in deeper! Yoga Evolve is our mixed level class suitable for continuing students who have completed several weeks of Yoga Foundations / beginners yoga or for those who have prior yoga experience. Emphasis is on refining foundational postures, integrating more intermediate poses, increasing breath awareness, and learning more about the traditions of yoga. These classes are taught in a mix of styles depending on the teacher, from mindful alignment focus to flow inspired classes.
