During the Vinyasa styled Yoga Flow you will be guided through a strong practice to invigorate and energise your body and mind.
This class is designed to deepen your practice and extend you a little further than our usual classes. You do not need to be a Yoga superstar, nor advanced, but a previous experience in Yoga is recommended for this session.
