Deepen Yoga Nidra

Life pulls us in many directions, we lose ourselves in the lists, the expectations, obligations, bills, duties, exhaustion, but there is a way out. Yoga Nidra is a profound practice to bring us back HOME. Home to who we truly are, when we connect to the fundamental truths of who we are beyond all these external layers. This Deepen Yoga Nidra is designed to reconnect you to a spiritual life. It will include a brief outline of the concepts in the practice, very gentle stretching and movement and a delicious long Yoga Nidra. With time for integration and receiving spiritual guidance from within, bring a journal and pen for this section.

Emotionally, physically, mentally, humanity is exhausted. This practice is designed to create time for you to rest and heal, and hear the wisdom and beauty that lives within you. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation, which is made up of a series of structured awareness techniques that optimise physical restoration and interrupt the process by which we engage in stressful thoughts.

Is this for me?
Yoga Nidra is for everyone, no prior experience required. If you are currently working with a therapist then it is always a good idea to discuss the inclusion of any new techniques. This is not designed to replace working with a therapist.

Veronica is passionate about Yoga Nidra and is on a mission to share it with the world. Trained and certified in the Integrative Amrit method of Yoga Nidra, and this will be the first sharing of the Advanced Yoga Nidra Certification insights and practices.
