Golf Mobility Workshop at Adapted Halswell

Do you play golf and feel as though your body is so tight and restricted that you can’t get the best out of your game?
Would you like to feel relaxed, mobile, loose and confident? Ready to play golf without pain again?
Then this is the workshop for you. Join Rohan as he delves into how we can use functional movements, Pilates and Yoga to help you feel mobile and strong.
Join us for a 2 hour workshop that is created to allow you to leave feeling as though you have a toolbox of stretches and strengthening exercises to help progress your golf game! With a focus on each individual we will work with you to find your best. You will learn about how you can self manage the stresses and strains the game puts on the body.
This workshop is for all levels, individual adjustment and modification (if required) will be provided.

With my classes concentrating on strength, stability, and mobility, we transition through a number of moves quickly but with control. I believe every student who comes to class is both perfect and unique, together we adapt the class so we all work hard and develop.
With a background in rehabilitation, functional kinesiology, and education I have great joy in teaching Pilates, making people laugh and helping them grow and believe in themselves.
