Make your yoga a daily practice. In this workshop Veronica will share ideas on how to start and connect to a meaningful home yoga practice. Explore your own unique strengths, inspiration and barriers to a home practice, through a mix of conversation, journalling, meditation and yoga. You will leave empowered and confident to take what you learn here and drive your own yoga journey. Open to yogi’s at all levels of practice (although some basic knowledge and familiarity of yoga poses is helpful). Doing your own practice is a different experience to practicing an online class, you learn to listen to your body and be creative in a way that does not happen when you follow someone else’s guidance. One of the biggest barriers to a home practice is trusting yourself and moving beyond fear of “doing it wrong”.
All participants will receive sequences you can use at home, a resource guide you can work with and your own personalised practice. Bring a notebook, pen, yoga mat and curious open mind. Suitable for yogis of all levels as you will create your own unique plan. With holidays around the corner this is a wonderful way to keep up your practice. (Peggy sue will not be at our workshop but she encourages you to hang out with your pets on your yoga mat).
