Are you having trouble sitting properly on the floor or in chairs?
Do you have tight hips, lower back, knees or ankles?
If your answer to any of these questions is YES, then this LOWER LIMB PILATES WORKSHOP is for you.
Our body is meant to be active and moving and is the perfect tool to transform ourselves. Sitting and standing for long hours means the body tightens up and doesn’t move well. This results in creating tightness in your hip and lower back region, knees and ankles. This in turn leads to pain, and can influence how we walk and sit as well as how we stand.
So come and learn in this 2 hour pilates workshop what are the benefits of creating mobile and stable legs to gain freedom in your hips, knees and ankles.
This workshop is for all levels, individual adjustment and modification (if required) will be provided.

This workshop is taught by Rohan Brighouse.
With my classes concentrating on strength, stability, and mobility, we transition through a number of moves quickly but with control. I believe every student who comes to class is both perfect and unique, together we adapt the class so we all work hard and develop.
With a background in rehabilitation, functional kinesiology, and education I have great joy in teaching Pilates, making people laugh and helping them grow and believe in themselves.
