Our body is a perfect tool to transform ourselves and it is meant to be active and moving.
Our shoulders and neck cope with a lot of poor posture and over use. We are often strong and tight in our big muscles, but our stabilising muscles are often underused. This leads to tight chest muscles and rolled shoulders. That creates a disturbed order of muscles around the neck and shoulder area. Hence we have shoulder problems and neck pain. These can influence mood, sleep, headaches, our breathing and even our digestive system.
So come and learn in this 2 hour pilates workshop what are the benefits of creating mobile and stable shoulders to gain freedom in your neck and shoulders.
This workshop is for all levels, individual adjustment and modification (if required) will be provided.
