Spring is a time to clear out the old and make space for the new. This year more than ever we need to rest. This 2 hour nourishing practice is designed to give you an opportunity to release tension with supportive gentle restorative yoga practice followed by a powerful Yoga Nidra with the intention of letting go of what you no longer need to carry with you. There will be a short intermission between the yoga and the nidra with time included at the end for integration of the experience. If we are at Alert level 1 we can provide the props, if we are at Alert Level 2 you will need to bring your own props. Treat yourself to time away from the world and in deep connection with your body, breath and soul.
Veronica is an E-RYT 500 HR teachers and a certified facilitator of the Integrative Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra. First studying Yoga Nidra through self directed study of the I-rest methodology she completed the 100 HR with the Amrit Method in 2019. Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that is accessible to everyone.
