Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation, which is made up of a series of structured awareness techniques that optimise physical restoration and interrupt the process by which we engage in stressful thoughts. Shine a light on what you most need and the work you can do to create a healing shift.
Is this program for me?
Yoga Nidra is for everyone, no prior experience required. If you are currently working with a therapist then it is always a good idea to discuss the inclusion of any new techniques. This is not designed to replace working with a therapist.

This program includes:
4 weeks: 35 min lecture with 40 min Yoga Nidra studio sessions (Included is a bathroom break between the lecture and the Nidra, and allows quiet time to integrate the session at the end of the Nidra).
Recording of the Yoga Nidras from each week that you can access for 30 days after that practice.
1 Yoga Nidra that you can download and have lifetime access to.
