Join us for this yoga programme especially designed for runners. As a long time runner, Vanessa has first hand experience of the longer term effects that running can have on the body, this pain is what intially brought her to yoga. She is passionate about sharing yoga as the perfect compliment to running. 

In this workshop you will work through key anatomy and alignment of running, the importance of the muscles that support movement and how to practically implement this understanding. Taking this knowledge into a yoga practice to strengthen and stretch the appropriate muscles.

This session will involve some theory mixed with experimentation and mindful flowing. You will leave with a brief 10 min yoga sequence you can practice at home. These tools are designed to keep your body running for longer.
