Yoga for Youth

Yoga for Youth (11 to 15 year olds) This Yoga workshop will help young teens find balance in mind and body. We will focus on movement and mindfulness exercises that create a sense of self-awareness and heartfulness. Johanna and Erica are trained yoga teachers and will include aspects of the Mindful Schools curriculum exploring breathing, meditation, visualisation and relaxation. Great for all different skill levels.
