Seniors Yoga for Stability and Vitality

This class is for anyone over 65 who wants to experience the magic of Yoga! It has been created to assess, build and maintain balance and to feel connected to one's joy of life through the use of breath and mindfulness techniques.

Bring: Water bottle, reading glasses and wear loose comfortable clothes. Yoga is practiced barefoot.

Equipment provided: Yoga mats, blocks, chairs & bolsters.

Strength and balance program endorsed by exercise NZ, uses the principles of yoga to create a sense of balance and vitality. Veronica will encourage yoga as a tool for self acceptance, physical strength, and to have fun along the way.
