Special 2 hour nourishing & restful evening of yoga. Replenish your energy, press pause on the business of life and come to a place of deep soulful peace. Relax your body and breath in sweet restorative yoga, fully supported by props and consciously directing your breath.  The practice includes meditation, pranayama and visualisation. Rest and reset your body, heart and mind with Cara & Veronica as your guides. Restorative yoga is suitable for all levels of practice.
