Some feedback from Chelsea, a recent mumma
I used so much of what I learned from the classes and the labour for birth workshop Natalia did during the labour. I ended up having an unplanned birth at home because the labour was so fast there was no time to get to the birthing clinic and no one wants to give birth in a car/side of the road. I didn’t have access to pain relief except my tens machine, 2 paracetamol and what I learned in Natalia’s classes. It was a very empowering experience and even though it sounds intense it was actually a really positive experience for me.
