The lymphatic system is fundamental to our body’s capacity to heal and maintain health.

Shedding light on this invisible system, we will explore how we can help (or hinder!) its processes through a yogic lens. We will practice a simple lymphatic drainage technique, which supports healthy flow of lymphatic fluid and is useful for everyone, regardless of their nodes! This lecture will be interspersed with simple yoga practices, with the intention of bringing to life the things discussed, empowering you to always consider the lymph!

Until Mary had some of her lymph nodes removed as part of her cancer treatment, she had very little awareness of it, let along how she could influence it.
