“Journey Through the Breath” is a 90 minute workshop designed to orient you with the science of breathing as well as applying different breathing techniques led by qualified breath teacher Ritchie Cavander-Cole. During this course you will get to understand the benefits of both oxygen and carbon dioxide retention, the advantage of regulating the breath, why breath-holds are beneficial and how the breath is the gateway to deepening your meditation practice. There will be a guided mediation at the end of the breath class, followed by questions and/or sharing of your experience.
