Serenity Booking System FAQ

We have moved our timetable, bookings and point of sale to Serenity software – an awesome NZ based software solution. Serenity Booking is accessible via your browser, or through their app. Below is everything you need to know.

What are the fees for the online merchant INTEGRAPAY?

All payments are taken by billing merchant INTEGRAPAY, this is what will show on your bank statement.

The first time you set up your account there will be $2.30 SET UP fee charged ONE time by Integrapay.

Payments by direct debits have a 92c fee per transaction & credit cards have 35c fee per transaction.

In addition Credit cards also incur 2.76% of transaction value fee for Visa and Mastercard and 4.60% fee for American Express.

There is a $4.60 fee for any FAILED transactions, please ensure you leave sufficient funds in your account for 72 hours. We have not added any administration fees for declined payment recovery.

How do I set up my Serenity account?

If you have purchased something from us in the last 12 months

Great! Your account has been copied over from the old software. To activate your account, all you need to do is update your password. Go to the Serenity login portal, click on FORGOT PASSWORD and follow the prompts, using the same email address that you used with our old booking system.


If you are new to Grassroots, or it has been more that a year since you last made a booking

You need to create a new account. It’s easy to do – just go to the Serenity login portal, click on SIGN UP and follow the prompts.

How do I download the app?

The Serenity Bookings app is available for Apple or Android devices. Search for “Serenity Bookings App”.

How to use the Serenity App

How do I book a class through the app

From the menu, select either Schedule or Classes.

SCHEDULE – will show the TIMETABLE for the week and you click on the square to book. 

CLASS TIMETABLE – will list the upcoming classes by day. 

Cancelling a class through the app

Select the class from under “My bookings”, then tap the big red “Cancel Booking” button. Classes can be cancelled up to 30 min before class start time.

How do I join my Zoom class through the app?

Select the class from under “My Bookings”, then tap the video camera icon next to the class you are joining.

How to use the Serenity Booking website

How do I book a class in the browser?

Once you are signed in, click on the blue box that says BOOKING.

There are 2 options:

CLASS SCHEDULE – will show the TIMETABLE for the week and you click on the square to book. It will follow with a booking confirmation – if that does not happen it most likely means the class is at full capacity.

BOOK A CLASS – will list the classes by class type, click on class type to expand the drop down menu and see the classes coming up in that category. Click on the class to book.

Cancelling a class in your browser

Click on the RED BIN ICON that is showing next to the class you have booked. Classes can be cancelled up to 30 min before class start time.

How to join my zoom class in the browser?

Please note you will need to already have Zoom installed on your device.

Enter the member portal and click on LIVESTREAM next to the class you are joining.

How do I purchase a pass or membership?

Log in to your Serenity Booking account.

Click the blue “Purchase” dropdown, and select “Buy a new Membership”.

Choose your desired option, and follow the prompts to purchase.
